Hi, I’m Neha! I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience and an endlessly growing passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families. I pride myself on centering all programs with compassion, collaboration, and connection.

I founded Rooted in Connection with a vision to redefine what behavior support feels like, moving away from rigid programs toward relationship-based guidance that honors each person’s unique needs. My approach blends evidence-based ABA principles with empathy, respect, and real-life practicality, helping families and teams build confidence and meaningful progress across environments.

I believe true behavior progress happens when everyone involved feels seen, supported, and empowered. Whether I’m consulting with families, mentoring staff, or collaborating with organizations, my goal is to work together as a team to understand and address the root of the behavior.
